Many commercial eyeshadows are filled with harmful ingredients such as talc, parabens, bismuth oxychloride and artificial colorings (yes they are in more than just M&Ms!).

As I mentioned before, the eye area is very sensitive. You might have noticed eyes that are itchy and dry when you use certain eye products. This is not just your eyes playing tricks on you - these ingredients have been found to be irritating, and this is your body trying to tell you to stop using them!

Eyeliner

I love my eyeliner. I usually save my eyeshadows for special occasions or going out on the weekends, but eyeliner I like to use most days. I've found it gives a nice touch to my eyes without over doing anything.

Just like eyeshadows, eyeliners are often filled with harmful ingredients. If I use a cheap one, I usually find myself rubbing my eyes throughout the day. Yuck!
